Suffield, CT. (December 19, 2016) – Heather Conley Photography captured the Suffield home page image for the CTVisit website, featuring a state landmark – the historic Phelps-Hatheway House & Garden.

The classic 18th-century house was home to two wealthy families before their fortunes collapsed. Prior to financial ruin, a new wing was added to the building in 1794.

“I let the sense of place, season and composition of the historic architecture help tell the story,” said Heather Conley, owner of Heather Conley Photography. “This Connecticut landmark is iconic to Suffield’s Main Street and a shot of it in the winter is a visual throwback to quintessential, timeless New England.”
